Returns & Exchanges

At Rails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
