Low Relief Police Station Model Kit
A versatile, low relief OO gauge / 1:76 scale modern image Police station, based on a real building near to our factory in Cornwall. A versatile design with straightforward assembly and lots of detail, this building will add detail and realism to any modern image street scene.
The kit features weathered wooden cladding to the upper half of the exterior walls, with yellow/brown stretcher bond brickwork to the lower walls. Laser cut, glazed windows and doors with photorealistic vertical blinds add depth to the building. The kit also includes a choice of signage enabling you build it as a Police station, hospital or modern offices.
For added versatility, we've included English, Welsh, Scottish & Irish Police Signs.
Realistic, laser-cut, clean grey roof slates are also included for a true-to-life, detailed roof finish.
The kit is supplied with laser-cut parts for ease of assembly with no additional painting or weathering required on the main components for a "Realistically Better" finish straight from the pack. Only the windows, doors & downspouts are supplied unpainted so you can choose your own colour scheme for those.
The window & doors are supplied laser-cut from our eco-friendly laserboard and are packed with detail including engraved opening windows. These will require painting with acrylic paints prior to assembly or colouring with suitable markers. We used a Plastikote matt white spray paint.
There's also plenty of scope for customisation too... you could turn it into a hotel for example.
